Basic: Arthur died with the image of his daughter's tearful gaze burned into his mind and awoke within the City to a youthful appearance but a dead body. His arrival seemed to coincide with the arrival of several members of Millennium. Through timing Arthur was reunited not only with his daughter, Integral but his former ward, servant, friend, Walter as well as his former servant Alucard. Later he was reunited with Alucard from 1944 as well.
For a time Arthur, Walter and Alucard of the past lived in the same building peacefully until Walter disappeared and Arthur was judged by Pyramid Head and then used by Xulchibara in a ritual to resurrect the dead Henry Townsend. It was during the melee to rescue him and the other victims that Arthur witness Walter turn on them as Walter protected Xulchibara and his minions.
Eventually Arthur received the part of his soul that was stolen back and was able to begin mending his relationship with Walter. Though a riff between Arthur and Integral has began to appear. Which only complicates matters since Arthur and Walter's relationship escalated to a more physical one then previously. And now to add a new dynamic to Arthur's relationships he has started to get involved with a non-human named Saya who completely won him over in less then two days time.
